We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pediatric Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing fun team. This position requires strong administrative skills, detailed-oriented, a team player , and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. There are plenty of opportunities to grow here!
**Compensation:
- $25-29/hour
- 8-hour workday
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently to optimize clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health information management protocols.
- Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks, and create treatment plans for patients.
- Treatment planning.
Requirements
- Proficiency in office management practices and health information management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
